The Breath of Siva Practise
Prepare the Mind and Body for the blessing of the Sacred Ash, Oil or Water (the Breath of Siva annointing and demo video)
After a short time of relaxation and
preparation. Sit upright in a straight backed chair, with your hands
facing down on the knees, Head tilted slightly up. Be relaxed and yet
alert. Place the Mind in a state of calm and relaxation . Close the eyes and focus the attention on the breath. (slow
breath, inhale through the nose exhale through the mouth - approximately
3 count in 4 count out as a guide-but what ever is comfortable-please don't
strain)
(If you like, think the word "Ma" on the inhale and the
word "Om" on the exhale. Continue the breathing pattern until you feel
relaxed and balanced.
(4 or 5 breaths is fine more if you feel it)
or Please just come even sit and ponder or browse, Meditate or enter into your own space for preferd prayers of choice -
1:
Om Ganeshaya Namah (chant for a minute or two)
- Say! "All praise and Glory to the Intergallctic Lord
of Karma and Guardian of the Spiritual gateway. Lord Ganesa - Oh
Wondrous Compassionate Lord Ganesa remove All obstacles from my path so
that I may fullfill my destiny and accomplish all my Spiritual goals -
In Humility I pray that your grace, energy and Light may release and
protect me from all negativity. All Praise and Glory be unto Thee, Oh
Great Kindly elephant faced Lord. (radiate
and send your Love, Light and personal Prayers of devotion and gratitude to the Lord).

Siva mantra x 7 (..Om Shrim Klim Namah Sivaya..or..Om Namah Siva Ya... or prefered)
and praises to Lord Siva -
"Oh!
Beloved, Glorious and Wondrous, Lord of
Lords; God of Transformation, Lord Siva - In deep humility I bow to
thee as I offer all the power of my Love and Blessings to thee. All Praise and thankfulness for ALL that thou has
given to me - Allow me the ability to be strong and wise and a worthy
channel for your deep and profound Cosmic Light, Love and Energy-
(Offer other personal prayers energy, Love, Light to the Lord, if you feel).
3: Bowl and Blessed water - resound three times -Place bowl before the Altar -

"Oh Divine Angels of the Breath of Siva Temple bestow your Light and
Inspiration and guidance upon us - So that we may be better understand
your ways and be greater channels for your Wondrous Healing Light; Give
us the ability to allow this Love,
this Power to flow forth through us Now; So that great tides of
Love and Healing energies may flow into the Earth now at All levels of
being and Consciousness. So that Peace, Light, Love and Balance,
Harmony and Spiritual expansion may prevail on this Planet-
